We will admire the summer forest scent and sunshine by having a 2-2.5 hour hike (about 7km hike) on paved trail and under tree canopy from 133 Rouge Bank Drive to Milne Dam and back on Sunday Aug 27, 2023, followed by a lunch party at SamWoo BBQ Restaurant (三和燒臘酒家), 375 Bamburgh Circle, Scarborough.

Hike: Forest Hill Trail, Markham

Hiking meeting time/place: 9:30 am Sunday Aug 27, 2023 at parking lot at 133 Rouge Bank Drive

Directions:  Markham Rd. North, turn right on 14th Avenue, turn left on Legacy Drive, turn left on Rouge Bank Drive and meet at 133 Rouge Bank Drive parking lot.

Lunch: SamWoo BBQ Restaurant, 375 Bamburgh Circle, Scarborough.

Time: Lunch at 1:00 pm.

Costs: about $20/person  (Children with parents NO charge.)

Family members and friends are welcome.

*Please form carpool as parking spaces are limited.

Please register using the online registration form before August 23 (Wednesday) if you are interested. You will be asked to provide your name and contact phone number, as well as emergency contact person (name and phone) and indicate if you will join dinner as well.
