To celebrate the HKUGA 47th Anniversary and graduation of new class, over 100 HKUGA members, HKU graduates, staff, students and friends joined the dinner on 27 Oct 2023.
President Terence Cheung Kwong Tat and Ms Isabella Wong, Associate Vice President (China Affairs) of HKU gave the opening remarks, igniting the first post-pandemic Anniversary Dinner.
Dr. Hon. Simon Hoey Lee MH JP as the Guest of Honour, graced the occasion with his insights on “Belt and Road Initiatives and Forecast”.
This event was not just a celebration of the HKUGA’s 47th Anniversary; it also offered recent graduates an opportunity to bask in the glow of their academic accomplishments and forge connections within the esteemed HKU community.
