[May 27 / 28] HKU Alumni Dim Sum Gathering at Chicago Chinatown

Dear Fellow Alumni and Visiting Scholars from HKU,

We hope this email finds everyone in good spirit and staying well!

We are proposing to have a gathering for dim sum at Chicago Chinatown for the weekend of May 27. In keeping the previous practice, alumni who are full-time students will pay $5, recent graduates (2018 or thereafter) will pay $10, while the “old-timer alumni” will pay to share the rest of the restaurant bill. After the luncheon, we could visit Dr. Paul Wong’s residence with a majestic home theater (with new acquisitions since last seen), or take the water taxi to the LaSalle Street pier and stroll along the Riverwalk.

Family members and significant other are welcome. If you are interested, please indicate your comments on the proposed activities in the SURVEY by Tuesday, May 16.
