Support the HKU Heritage Fund
To celebrate its 111th Anniversary, HKU is releasing its first ever NFT art works to pay tribute to the pioneers and scholars who contributed to the founding of HKU and its development, as well as generations of academic leaders, alumni, students and staff who serve the community with their skills, knowledge and compassion.
The newly established HKU Heritage Fund will support the conservation of the Main Building, and other declared monuments and historic buildings at HKU.

A dedication ceremony was held on December 15, 2022 at HKU, in honour of the late Dr Philip K.H. Wong, to recognise the generous donation of HK$100 million from the Philip K.H. Wong Foundation in support of the Faculty of Law and University development.
Professor Xiang Zhang spoke of the late Dr Philip K.H. Wong who is fondly remembered as an architect of HKU’s traditions.

How technologies transform today’s world of finance and technology
It will discuss six advanced technologies in layperson’s terms, including artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), natural language processing (NLP) and big data analytics in daily scenarios, such as insutech, robo-advisory, intelligent transport monitoring, applications in green finance, as well as blockchain and distributed ledger technology in banking and DiFi.
