Shout out to the paraplegic climber Lai Chi-Wai, Ignite Community Services, Chinachem Group and all of you who supported the “Urban Climb 300M+”! The remarkable feat raised over HK$7.7 million, including a dollar-for-dollar matching donation by Chinachem Group.
The donation will support HKU Orthopaedics and Traumatology in developing exoskeletons that help paraplegics regain mobility, as well as clinical services and research in the rehabilitation of patients with spinal cord injuries.
