
The HKU Notebook Ownership Programme 2026, organised by the Co-curricular Support Office, offers a wide range of notebook computers and tablets at discounted prices to all HKU students, staff and graduates.

To purchase, graduates are required to note the following important information:
1. Please provide the following information for identity verification during purchase/product collection (subject to the requirements of individual suppliers):
(a). A valid HKID Card (For non-HK residents, please provide another valid identity document, e.g. a passport or travelling visa) and
(b). One of the following documents should be presented:
– A valid HKU Graduates Credit Card issued by Bank of East Asia, OR
– A photocopy of the transcript issued by HKU, OR
– A photocopy of the certificate of graduation issued by HKU.
2. Please read through the ‘Terms & Conditions’ of the suppliers, which are shown on the online ordering website.
3. Please create an online ordering account using the email domain as provided by HKU, e.g. @hku.hk / @connect.hku.hk / @graduate.hku.hk. (If you need to reset your email password, click here)
