[16 Aug 2025] HKUAA UK Crawfordton House Private Tour

On 16 August 2025, as temperatures in Scotland soared above 25°C, the HKUAA UK Chapter members had an unforgettable private tour of the Crawfordton House, owned by Mr Kenneth Ko 高文安, a distinguished Hong Kong architect with an established reputation as an acclaimed architect and designer. Mr Ko graciously hosted a tour of his beautifully refurbished, B-listed, castle-like home. The architectural marvel left a lasting impression on all who attended, but it was the true masterpiece in Mr Ko’s library that truly captivated everyone—eliciting awe, admiration, and memories that will undoubtedly be cherished for years to come.

HKUAA UK Chapter also extended its heartfelt gratitude to alumna Ms Irene Man, the Founding President of HKUAA UK Chapter, for her thoughtful and generous arrangement of the long-table tea. During this delightful gathering, Mr Ko took the stage, sharing his design philosophy, fascinating anecdotes from his illustrious career, and even insights into his latest creative project—a funeral parlour he is passionately working on. His wit, wisdom, and creativity left an indelible mark on all in attendance.

It was a truly inspiring day, where our alumni community came together to celebrate such remarkable achievements and connections.
