To celebrate the formation of the HKUAAO for thirty years, a trip to the\u00a0picturesque Algonquin Park in northern Ontario\u00a0is being organised.\u00a0 For planning purposes we are now calling for registration from interested members.\u00a0 Registration will be processed on a first come, first served basis.\u00a0 Do not miss this opportunity to enjoy the fall colours with your alumni, family and friends. Details of the proposed event and how to register are as follows:<\/div>\n

DETAILS OF THE EVENT<\/b><\/div>\n

<\/b>Date<\/b>:\u00a0\u00a0Friday October 2 to Sunday October 4, 2015<\/i>
Location<\/b>: Algonquin Park
Activities<\/b>: hiking\u00a0on Saturday\u00a0and\u00a0Sunday, other activities optional or to be arranged
Accommodation<\/b>: Two nights (Friday\u00a0and\u00a0Saturday) at the Wolf Den Bunkhouse and Cabins, 4568 Highway 60, Oxtongue Lake, Ontario,\u00a0www.wolfdenbunkhouse.com<\/a>. \u00a0<\/span>
Meals<\/b>: \u00a0Additional costs to be advised at a later date.\u00a0 Most likely BBQ\u00a0on Saturday\u00a0evening, continental breakfast and packed lunch. \u00a0
Transportation<\/b>: \u00a0Participants will need to drive their own vehicles or carpool and pay for entrance fee to Algonquin Park ($16 per vehicle per day)<\/div>\n

HOW TO REGISTER<\/b><\/div>\n

1. Check the Wolf Den Bunkhouse website above to familiarize with the types of accommodation being offered.<\/div>\n
2. Open the attached registration form to see what HKUAAO has tentatively reserved.<\/div>\n
3. Select the accommodation you require. You will need to book two nights for this event.<\/div>\n
4. Determine how many persons in your party will occupy the accommodation and select the appropriate rate.<\/div>\n
5. Complete the form and email it to Danny Lam, coordinator of this event.\u00a0 He will confirm the availability of your required accommodation.<\/div>\n
6. When you receive his confirmation, send a cheque to him at 163 Redstone Road, Richmond Hill, Ontario, L4S 1T9.<\/div>\n
