Come and witness a beautiful fall with your alumni and friends in a 7 km hike up Beare Hill and around the Rouge River Valley<\/p>\n

Date\u00a0and\u00a0Time:\u00a0Sunday October 5, 2014 at 1:30 p.m.
\nDuration of hike is about 3.5 hours.<\/p>\n

Meeting Place:
\nRouge River Conservation Centre (RVCC) parking lot.
\nPlease report to hike coordinators on arrival. As parking is limited, please carpool wherever possible and be on time.<\/p>\n

Directions:
\nFrom Toronto, take Hwy 401 east to Exit 389 to Meadowvale Road, go north. Stay in right lane, pass Sheppard Avenue, follow the blue RVCC sign, drive up ramp and turn right to the parking area.
\nPlease allow about 35 to 45 minutes drive from Toronto.<\/p>\n

Cost per person about $33, all inclusive.<\/p>\n

Reminder: Please wear hiking boots or sturdy shoes with good traction and bring a hiking stick. Although this trail is not considered difficult, participants must decide if such activity is suitable to their physical capabilities and skill levels. They must inform the hike leaders\/coordinators before the start of the hike about any health problems or allergies and the location of any special medications. They must follow the leaders\u2019 directions. Parents and guardians must supervise children in their care.<\/p>\n
