All members are encouraged to nominate and be nominated for the Board for the coming year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Notice of Annual General Meeting<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>NOTICE is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Hong Kong University Alumni Association of Ontario will be held on Wednesday, the 25th day of September, 2021 at 7 p.m. by Online Zoom Meeting with the following business to be transacted: &#8211;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>To receive and consider the Annual Report for 2020-2021;<\/li><li>To receive and consider the Treasurer&#8217;s Report;<\/li><li>To elect directors and members of the Executive Committee of the Association for the year 2021-2022;<\/li><li>To transact any other business.<br>AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that any regular member in good standing shall be entitled to nominate another regular member in good standing to the Board of Directors and to be elected to the Board and to cast vote.
