Procedures - Collecting your Certificate Holder(s)

  • After you submit this donation form, you will receive an acknowledgement email.
  • A confirmation email with a QR code and collection details will be sent to you after your donation has been processed (approximately 5 working days).
  • You must present the confirmation email with the QR code upon collection. You will not be able to collect the Certificate Holder(s) if you are unable to present the QR code.
  • If you cannot collect the Certificate Holder(s) in person, you may forward the confirmation email to your representative to collect the Holder(s) on your behalf.
  • The collection counter will be open during the listed timeslots within the Congregation period.
  • There is no mailing service for the Certificate Holder(s). You or your representative must collect the Certificate Holder(s) in person. Please select a timeslot that is most convenient to you.
  • To facilitate the collection process, please collect your Certificate Holder(s) according to your chosen date and timeslot. If you need to change the timeslot, it is not necessary to inform us by email. However, it may take extra time for collection verification.
  • As the Certificate Holder is a thank-you gift for your donation, if you do not collect the Certificate Holder(s) within the specified collection period (see below), it will be assumed that you decided not to receive the gift. The uncollected Certificate Holder(s) will be made available to others right after the collection period (12:30pm, Dec 17). Your donation will have been processed and is non-refundable.
