Alumni Soccer - tips for first time players

1.  Warm-up is a must - stretch your muscle and joints.

2.  10 minutes non-stop is very demanding, don't over-run 
    too much at the starting minutes.

3.  Put on shin-pad if you have one.

4.  Remember not to touch the ball in the D-zone, not to use 
    body to press against the opponents; otherwise penalty 
    will be given.
