Alumnus David Lee 李景輝 (BBA (IS) 2003; BEng 2004), co-founder & CEO of Silicon Valley company NEX Team, launched his initial start-up as a student in 2003 and founded his first business on the Main Building roof. He will be back at the Main Building to interact with students and alumni during a public Q&A. HKU basketball players will demonstrate HomeCourt, David’s AI-powered iPhone basketball app.

A treasure trove of knowledge has been made open to the public via the Law Video Archive, launched as part of the Faculty's 50th Anniversary.
More than 1,000 events are being digitalised and catalogued for online viewing, including public lectures and speeches by eminent scholars, judges, legal professionals, international dignitaries and community leaders. New entries include the Distinguished Lecutre "Sapientia et Virtus --- The Contributions of Jurisprudence "and Book Talk "An Ongoing Journey 拱心石下 公義路上".

The two 2018 Laureates of the Yidan Prize will deliver keynote speeches during this conference co-organised by the Yidan Foundation and the HKU Faculty of Education.

This public lecture will examine questions facing the 50 million people of Myanmar, which witnessed historic elections in 2015, the installation of an Aung San Suu Kyi-led government in 2016, and the ethnic cleansing of Rohingya Muslims in 2017.
